Shipping Policies

Our policy is that you must report any damage or defects in your product within 3 days of receiving it. We cannot accept returns after this period, so please inspect your item carefully upon receipt.

If you are unhappy with the product, you may return it for a full refund within 3 days of receipt, excluding shipping charges. You are responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us if it is damaged or defective, but we will pay to ship out a replacement if we find that an item was damaged during shipping or by our own fault.

Once we have received your returned item and inspected it, we will send you notification of whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return has been accepted and processed, then your original method of payment will be credited with the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). Returns will go out within 1 week after the date on which they are accepted.
